Discovery
We’ll conduct and initial meeting to gain an idea of your requirements, budget, and expectations fro the project. We will work closely with you to asses your property’s location to recommend the best type of home to build.

Design Brief
Once we have determined the appropriate design for our particular project, we will arrange a consultation with you and your designer ti take a brief of what is required and capture your vision.
Preliminary Design
Your designer will produce a preliminary design sketch for your review and feedback. Our dedicated designers integrate the right balance of aesthetics and functionality to suit your lifestyle and needs.

Design
Once you’re happy with the sketch, we will product 3D images and renders for your review so you can visualise the design.
Planning
We will produce drawings ready for planning approval(if required) before moving onto complete working drawings and obtaining engineering drawings.

Approvals
At this stage, we will price the job to make sure the project sits within your budget. Once approved, we’ll produce contracts and commence the approvals process.
Construction
Once approved, works on site commence! We’ll keep you updated with open communication and milestones so you know exactly how your home is progressing.

Dream home handover
Once construction is complete, we will meet with you to handover your home and ensure you are completely happy with the level of construction and finish. We will also provide detailed advice and information on the cleaning and maintenance of your chosen products to keep your home maintained.
